Catherine Anne

 Catherine Anne O'Hara OOC, born March 4 1954, is a Canadian-American actress. O'Hara is the proud recipient of numerous awards, including a Genie Award. In 2018, O'Hara was made an Officer of Canada. In 2020 she was awarded the Governor General’s Performing Arts Performing Arts Artistic Achievement Award. O'Hara first drew notice as an actor in the year 1974 when she was she was a part of The Second City improvisational comedy troupe in Toronto. Dan Aykroyd and John Candy were also part of her main cast on the sitcom Coming Up Rosie (1975-1978). O'Hara, Candy, and Dan Aykroyd began work on Second City Television's sketch comedy program (1976-1984). O'Hara received praise for her comic acting and writing abilities which earned her an Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Writer for a Variety Series in 1982. In 2022, O'Hara was added to the new Second City artistic advisory board headed by Stephen Colbert, along with Steve Carell, Dwayne Colbert, Tina Fey, Keegan-Michael Key, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Jane Lynch, Tim Meadows, Peter Murrieta, Suzy Nakamura, Sam Richardson, Jeff Richmond, Jason Sudeikis, and Robin Thede.
